According to on-chain analyst @ai_9684xtpa, after proposing 2500 ETH last night, the Whale associated address 0x3f3...1D4F0 has deposited all of its top holding of 618.88 WBTC into Binance in the past 12 hours (worth $37.67 million), with an average deposit price of $60,869.
