The AI-driven DeFi application xPortal has announced the acquisition of German Web3 startup Alphalink, with the specific purchase price not yet disclosed. xPortal, as a MultiversX blockchain wallet, was launched in 2023 and subsequently expanded into multi-chain fields, integrating Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Polygon and others. In addition to this acquisition transaction, xPortal has initiated a new round of financing while fully entering the field of artificial intelligence to expand into the United States and plans to launch native tokens in its ecosystem.
