Analysts say ETH may welcome fund rotation, and Zhu Su, founder of Three Arrows Capital, publicly called for orders

On February 17th, cryptocurrency analyst Michaël van de Poppe stated on social media that as the popularity of Meme Coin fades, market funds may shift from the SOL ecosystem to ETH utility tokens. Such rotation usually marks the end of a specific market cycle. On the same day, on-chain data platform Santiment monitoring showed that the proportion of ETH exchange wallet reserves has dropped to 6.38%, reaching a historical low, and this week's performance is better than most counterfeit products.

 

Zhu Su, founder of Three Arrows Capital, publicly suggested paying attention to ETH holding opportunities at the same time, stating that "it may be time to fully bet on ETH." Santiment added that in February, the discussion of ETH in the community significantly rebounded, and some investors expect its price to rebound in the subsequent market recovery. The current trend of ETH chain withdrawal continues, and the proportion of long-term holders' positioning has further expanded.
