EU to Shift Joint Budget Toward New Member States and Countries Bordering Russia

According to a report by Jinse Finance, the Financial Times revealed that a leaked draft shows the European Union is set to announce a new plan to reallocate more than 750 billion euros from EU agricultural and development funds, shifting the joint budget in favor of new member states and countries bordering Russia.
