On August 14, it was reported that Bitcoin mining company TeraWulf (NASDAQ: WULF) has signed two 10-year HPC hosting agreements with AI cloud platform Fluidstack. The agreements will provide over 200 MW of critical IT load at the Lake Mariner data center in New York, with estimated contract revenue of approximately $3.7 billion for the first 10 years, and up to $8.7 billion if the extension option is exercised. Google will guarantee $1.8 billion in lease obligations for Fluidstack to support project-related debt financing, and will receive approximately 41 million warrants, representing about 8% of the company’s equity.
