Metaplanet establishes a new company "Bitcoin Japan Co., Ltd." and a U.S. subsidiary "Metaplanet Income Corp."

BlockBeats News, on September 17, Metaplanet announced the establishment of a new company, "Bitcoin Japan Co., Ltd.", whose main business will be media, events, and platform operations related to Bitcoin. The new company has a registered capital of 10 million yen, with MetaPlanet CEO Simon Gerovich and Wang Shenggui serving as directors. The company's business scope includes operating platforms such as Bitcoin.jp, Bitcoin Magazine Japan, and Bitcoin Japan Conference, and it also plans to acquire the well-known Japanese Bitcoin domain name "Bitcoin.jp".

In addition, Metaplanet also announced the establishment of a new U.S. subsidiary, "Metaplanet Income Corp.", to expand its Bitcoin income business.
