The elevated credit risk tied to TeraWulf’s debt initiative remains a major factor. With a debt-to-equity ratio of 2.96 and negative interest coverage, the company’s dependence on high-yield borrowing highlights its financial hurdles. Nonetheless, Google’s guarantee and the robust demand for AI infrastructure could help offset some of these risks.
