MoonPay launches crypto payment platform MoonPay Commerce, based on Helio payment technology

Foresight News reported that MoonPay has announced the launch of its crypto payment platform, MoonPay Commerce, integrating the previously acquired crypto payment company Helio into the MoonPay brand. The platform is built on Helio’s payment technology. MoonPay Commerce also supports and maintains Shopify’s Solana Pay integration, which was originally developed by Helio for the Solana Foundation. MoonPay Commerce enables users to set up checkout, subscriptions, and deposits within minutes, and provides a real-time insights dashboard and customizable tools.

Previously, MoonPay acquired Helio in January 2025.
