Redacted and Tenset announce strategic merger, with the first product CineFi expected to launch in November

ChainCatcher news, Redacted Group, a multi-vertical Web3 ecosystem backed by Spartan Group, Animoca Brands, and Polygon Ventures, announced today a strategic merger with Tenset, a verified blockchain infrastructure platform that has raised over 100 millions USD through public and private ICOs, with a peak traditional token market cap exceeding 1.1 billions USD.

This merger will combine Redacted's exclusive network and 10 millions USD in venture capital with Tenset's Launchpad infrastructure and larger global community, capturing niche markets and untapped growth opportunities.

The first product, CineFi, is expected to launch in November. CineFi is a technology platform designed to facilitate decentralized participation in film financing.
