The tight consolidation below the record high suggests buyers have not yet surrendered control, although the slowing momentum increases the risk of a short-term pullback. Daily RSI reached 75.91, well above the usual overbought threshold of 70. Its moving average was lower at 61.80. An overbought reading does not guarantee an immediate reversal, but it shows that the rally has become stretched and vulnerable to profit-taking.

The first level I’m watching is $77.21. If HYPE pulls back and buyers defend this area, the current structure can remain intact and give the market another chance to attack $82.30. The tricky part is that $82.25 SuperTrend and $82.30 resistance are almost sitting on top of each other. That makes this a major decision zone. Buyers need to reclaim this area with conviction before the next leg higher becomes technically convincing. On the upside, a clean 1H close above $82.30 could bring $83.42 back into focus, followed by $84.65 if momentum expands. On the downside, losing $77.21 would be a different story. That could expose $75.36, especially if selling volume suddenly increases. Momentum is currently balanced… RSI(6) is 52.27, RSI(12) 50.28 and RSI(24) 51.69. So HYPE isn't overheated, but it also doesn't have overwhelming momentum yet. Volume is relatively quiet compared with its recent averages, which makes confirmation especially important. Bullish target: $84.65 Bearish target: $75.36 The latest candles are showing hesitation below the resistance zone… buyers are still there, but they haven't delivered the breakout yet. Pro Tip: Watch $82.25–$82.30 + volume together. A clean breakout with rising volume can confirm that buyers are taking control. A rejection from this zone could send HYPE back toward support.
