Bitget IPO Prime User Guide

2026-04-18 07:460102

[Estimated reading time: 5 mins]

This article explains what Bitget IPO Prime is, how subscriptions and trading work, and what key risks you should understand before participating. It also covers the subscription process, token allocation, and common questions.

What is Bitget IPO Prime?

Bitget IPO Prime is an innovative token sale platform launched by Bitget in April 2026. It is designed to lower the barriers of traditional pre-IPO investing and give more users access to pre-listing opportunities.

Through digital tokens issued by compliant issuers, IPO Prime offers a 1:1 mapping to the economic performance of the underlying asset. This gives users a new type of instrument that can be priced, traded, and exited more flexibly.

As an extension of Bitget Universal Exchange (UEX), IPO Prime supports stablecoin subscriptions and aims to make participation more accessible for eligible users.

Before you begin

Please note the following before you participate:

  • Only eligible users can join.

  • Institutional accounts and sub-accounts are not supported.

  • During the subscription period, committed funds are locked.

  • If abnormal account activity is detected, the system may return the funds and cancel your participation eligibility.

  • Holding project tokens does not mean you own equity in the underlying company.

  • Project tokens do not grant voting rights, dividend rights, or shareholder rights.

How IPO Prime subscriptions work?

IPO Prime uses a commitment-based subscription model. During the subscription period, you commit funds to join the event. During the distribution period, the platform calculates your final allocation, deducts the required payment amount, and returns any unused funds.

Subscription rules and supported currencies

Please review the following rules before you subscribe:

  • The total subscription pool is approximately $61 million.

  • You can subscribe using USDT or USDGO.

  • The total committed amount cap is 1 billion U.

  • All users participate in the same subscription pool.

  • Allocation follows a first come, first served model, subject to the project rules.

  • The minimum individual commitment amount is $100.

  • Your maximum commitment amount depends on your VIP level.

If you use more than one currency, deductions are made in proportion to each currency’s share of your total committed amount.

Example:

  • You commit 100 USDT and 100 USDGO.

  • Your final payment requirement is equal to $100.

  • The system deducts $50 equivalent from each currency.

Tiered pool cap

Bitget applies a tiered pool cap by VIP level.

Examples:

  • If VIP 0 and VIP 1 both reach their maximum tier cap, the remaining cap available for VIP 2 to VIP 7 users is $800,000,000.

  • If VIP 0 users commit $50,000,000 and VIP 1 reaches its maximum cap of $100,000,000, the remaining cap available for VIP 2 to VIP 7 users is $850,000,000.

Maximum individual commitment by VIP level

Your maximum subscription amount depends on your VIP level.

VIP level Maximum individual commitment
VIP 0 $1,000
VIP 1 $15,000
VIP 2 $30,000
VIP 3 $100,000
VIP 4 $150,000
VIP 5 $250,000
VIP 6 $300,000
VIP 7 $300,000

Distribution formula

During the distribution period, the platform uses a pro-rata allocation model:

  • Individual subscribed token amount = Total subscription amount × (Individual committed amount ÷ Total committed amount)

  • Individual payment amount = Individual subscribed token amount × Token subscription price

  • Individual refund amount = Individual committed amount - Individual payment amount

Note: Any unused committed funds will be unlocked and returned during the distribution period.

Your final subscription amount must meet both the project pool rules and your VIP-level commitment limit. Please refer to the event page for the latest limits before you subscribe.
