Alphabet Inc. (GOOGL) has announced a cash dividend. Eligible users holding rGOOGL at the snapshot time will receive dividend payments based on their holdings.

  • Snapshot time: June 7, 2026, 8:00 PM EDT (June 8, 2026, 8:00 AM UTC+8)
  • Ex-dividend date / record date: June 8, 2026
  • GOOGL dividend payment date: June 15, 2026
 
Distribution rules
  • Dividend amount: $0.22 per share
  • Distribution coin: USDT
  • Withholding tax: In accordance with U.S. tax regulations, the securities custodian will withhold a 30% federal withholding tax on dividend income.
  • Users who held rGOOGL at the snapshot time will automatically receive the dividend. No action is required.
 
Distribution details
Dividend payments are subject to Bitget's receipt of funds from the securities custodian. As a result, distribution may occur after the official GOOGL dividend payment date. Once the funds are received, the dividend will be automatically credited to eligible users' accounts, and a corresponding transaction record will be generated.
 
The snapshot was completed on June 7, 2026, 8:00 PM EDT (June 8, 2026, 8:00 AM UTC+8). Eligible users will automatically receive the dividend after Bitget receives the funds from the securities custodian.
