In accordance with the dividend distribution schedule of the underlying companies, the stock perps for MRVL (Marvell Technology), ORCL (Oracle), and NTAP (NetApp) will undergo cash dividend settlement. Please note the following if you hold relevant positions.

Settlement Rules
Bitget will settle the cash dividends for the above contracts at the settlement time of 8:00 AM (UTC+8) on July 10. The rules are as follows:

Long position holders: Will receive the corresponding dividend amount based on their position size, settled into the account in the form of funding fees.

Short position holders: Will be deducted the corresponding dividend amount based on their position size, charged from the account in the form of funding fees.

Settlement basis: The position snapshot at the settlement time shall prevail. Positions not held at settlement will not participate. For the same UID, long and short positions will be netted.
Important Notes

If you do not wish to participate in this cash dividend settlement, please close your relevant positions before the settlement at 8:00 AM (UTC+8) on July 10.

The funding fees generated from this settlement will be reflected in your account history in real time after settlement is complete.

Cash dividend settlement does not affect normal contract opening and closing. Trading functions will operate as usual during the settlement period.

The dividend amount is subject to the official data published on the ex-dividend date. Any adjustments will be communicated separately.
Important Risk Warning for Short Position Holders
Cash dividends will be deducted directly from short positions in the form of funding fees, which may result in insufficient margin. Please ensure your account balance is sufficient before settlement to avoid liquidation.
