Stablecoins are entering a supercycle, and $ENA is becoming the CRCL catch up trade. 1. Why $ENA is the Circle catch up trade Circle’s IPO ignited an 800% rally, lifting its valuation above $70 billion in under 3 weeks. With USDC exposure now expensive and Tether privately held, investors are hunting the next pure play stable asset proxy. Ethena’s USDe has climbed to roughly $6.9b in circulation, making it the fastest growing dollar token on record. $ENA offers a higher beta, token native way to ride that demand. 2. A permanent-capital demand shock The $260 million buy programme removes about 7% of the circulating float at today’s $0.5 price; including the locked tranche, StablecoinX will control almost 10%. As $ENA rises, StablecoinX’s equity value rises in tandem, which can enable new share issuance that fuels further $ENA accumulation. The price up, equity up, treasury buys, price up loop recreates the MicroStrategy flywheel but in a faster growing sector. Quarterly filings will mark those holdings to market, putting $ENA on Bloomberg screens and into the hands of traditional analysts. 3. Korean retail is already primed Korean investors bought roughly $443m of CRCL in its first month. Upbit listed $ENA on 11 July, and 24h volume instantly tripled to over $1b. Korean traders now have direct token access before StablecoinX even begins trading. Any upward move in $ENA can trigger the familiar kimchi-premium feedback loop. 4. What to expect next StablecoinX will be the first Nasdaq traded $ENA accumulator; its balance sheet strategy tightens supply while broadcasting Ethena’s story to equity investors. Korean flows add immediate spot demand, and USDe growth keeps fundamental pressure on the token. If the cycle plays out, $ENA becomes the liquid lever on the stablecoin boom in both crypto and tradfi portfolios.

Everything but one lil niche looking weak to me. Unless we engulf today’s candle within a day or two, I think we most likely just chop/bleed until Jpow speaks in a week and some, and then pick a direction again. Up more likely than down. I removed leverage after jesterday’s rejection as per post, still fully allocacted spot, and my bullish wild card is NFT’s leg up again after the big weekend sweeps as interest keeps raising and books get thinner every day. If that happens, people will finally start paying attention across the board: It’d be the equivalent of ETH’s big reversal candle ~2600. So slide the lever down, don’t chop yourself to death, and enjoy your gains buying some JPG’s 🫡

Technology is leverage. But bear in mind that a crutch 🩼 can also be used as a lever.
