WeChat Pay HK, HiPay, Liquid Pay, PayPal, Venmo, and Zalo Pay will gradually be connected to the "Unified Cross-Border QR Code Gateway." Several other payment service providers have also signed memorandums of cooperation. After entering the country, users holding the above-mentioned overseas wallets will be able to directly use these overseas wallet apps to scan WeChat Pay collection codes for payment.
