- 05:12Delin Holdings advances RWA tokenization, involving ByteDance, a certain exchange, and eSelf AIForesight News reported that Hong Kong-listed company Delin Holdings has announced that it has acquired approximately $5.7 million in private equity through a fund and SPV, intended for RWA tokenization. This includes indirect holdings in ByteDance (about $2 million, with an implied valuation of approximately $315 billion), a certain exchange (about $3 million, with an implied valuation of approximately $15 billion), and eSelf AI (about $700,000, with an implied valuation of approximately $21 million). The company plans to tokenize the relevant SPV after completing the transaction and to advance the tokenization projects of Delin Tower LPF and Animoca Brands LPF. The Animoca Brands LPF project adopts XRP Ledger and has received pilot funding from Hong Kong Cyberport. Delin Securities and Delin Digital Family Office have submitted materials to the Securities and Futures Commission, aiming to launch distribution and platform operations in early 2026.

In early October, users’ ETH balances will be transferred from StarkEx to Base, and by the end of October, all Sorare cards will be reissued as Solana NFTs (retaining their original scarcity, XP value, metadata, and serial numbers).
