Foresight News reports that Paul Brigner, founder of the policy advocacy project PGP, stated on Twitter that PGP (Pretty Good Policy) is transforming into PGPZ (Pretty Good Policy for Zcash). PGPZ will focus on privacy-preserving digital cash, compliance practices, and policy initiatives related to the public interest role of Zcash. The aim of PGPZ is to ensure that Zcash receives serious, organized, and credible representation in U.S. policy making. Policymakers are deciding whether privacy-preserving digital cash can legally exist and serve the public interest, and PGPZ will work to ensure that Zcash is properly understood, represented, and protected in these discussions.PGPZ will focus on three areas: policy meetings, resources and support for the community and members, and the PGPZ Alliance—a task force composed of policy professionals and active advocates.

According to ChainCatcher, Haedal posted on X stating that the team has recently detected abnormal liquidity decreases in some Haedal Vault pools. As a precaution, the relevant contracts have been suspended and the root cause is being investigated to prevent further impact. The scope of the impact is limited to a few Vault pools, while all other products remain safe and unaffected. All direct losses related to this incident will be fully covered by Haedal. The team will provide a more detailed investigation update once the analysis is complete.
