MoonPay partners with WalletConnect and Ingenic to introduce stablecoin payments for retail scenariosForesight News reports that MoonPay has announced a partnership with WalletConnect and payment acquirer and service provider Ingenic, aiming to introduce stablecoin payments into physical retail scenarios. The MoonPay Virtual Accounts, supported by Iron, will provide fiat settlement services for stablecoin payments at checkout.

Amazon CEO says Amazon Web Services has undisclosed customer agreementsGlonghui, April 9th | Amazon CEO Andy Jassy stated in his letter to shareholders that Amazon still has several yet-to-be-announced customer agreements that make its capital expenditure investments predictable. He said: "We are not investing approximately $200 billion in capital expenditure in 2026 by intuition." The recent commitment of over $100 billion from OpenAI is one example, but "there are several other customer agreements that have been completed (but not announced) or are in advanced discussions." Jassy indicated that, of Amazon Web Services' planned capital expenditure for 2026, most will be monetized in 2027 and 2028. "We have already secured customer commitments for a large portion of this."

Etherscan updates contract tab with new IDE-style code viewerForesight News reports that blockchain explorer Etherscan has announced a revamp of its contract tab, adding an IDE-style code browser that supports file tree navigation, multi-file tabs, contract outline jumps, and cross-file keyword searches. This update also redesigns the interface for the "Read" and "Write" contract tabs to enhance the user experience when viewing and interacting with smart contracts. Users can now switch to full-screen mode, and are also able to open fully matched contract code directly in Blockscan and Ethereum Remix for editing.
