International crude oil opened sharply higher by 9.4%

Golden Ten Data reported on April 13 that at the beginning of Monday's forex market, the US Dollar Index (DXY) broke above 99, up 0.45% intraday. EUR/USD fell 0.5% to 1.665; USD/CHF and USD/JPY both rose about 0.2%; NZD/USD dropped 0.7%; AUD/USD plunged 1%, falling below the 0.7 mark.

ClearBank obtains MiCA approval, plans to launch stablecoin and deepen cooperation with an exchange
Jinse Finance reported that on April 13, Netherlands-based ClearBank has been approved by the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) to operate as a crypto asset service provider (CASP) under the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA). ClearBank plans to offer EURC and USDC stablecoin services to support more efficient cross-border transfers and payments. In addition, ClearBank will deepen its partnership with a certain exchange, including providing FSCS-covered savings accounts via the exchange. ClearBank Europe is currently authorized by the European Central Bank and regulated by the Dutch Central Bank (DNB).
