The Perpetual Foundation wallet transfers 1 million PERP to a multi-signature address, and then transfers it to a CEX
According to on-chain analyst Yu Jin's tweet: One hour ago, the Perpetual Protocol Foundation unlocked and transferred 1.56 million $PERP ($1.56M) from the locked wallet to the 0x1F06 multi-signature address, which was then transferred to a centralized exchange (CEX).
The 0x1F06 multi-signature address currently receives PERP at a rate of 1 million tokens per month from the foundation's locked wallet and transfers them to CEX.
