Ripple Labs requests postponement of response to US SEC’s enforcement motion until January 19
Ripple Labs has submitted a request for extension to US District Judge Sarah Netburn in the Southern District of New York, requesting a delay until January 19th to respond to the US Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) enforcement motion on January 11th. Previously, Ripple's response date was January 17th.
