Ether Options Trading Volume Hits Record High of $17.9 Billion in January
Ether options trading volume on major crypto derivatives exchanges has reached an all-time high of $17.9bn, according to The Block's data dashboard, despite the fact that there are still five days left until the end of January. According to Deribit data, the largest open contract volume is currently for options expiring on 16 February with a strike price of $2,350. This could be interpreted as bullish, with many derivatives traders expecting the price of Ether to rise above that level by mid-February.
