Cardano Founder: Bitcoin L2 Doesn't Have Enough Potential
Charles Hoskinson, founder of Cardano (ADA), believes that Bitcoin L2 does not have enough potential, especially when compared to the Ether and Cardano ecosystems. Responding to an update on the Satoshi Nakamoto Roundtable in Dubai shared by Muneeb Ali, co-founder of the Stacks protocol, Hoskinson is convinced that Bitcoin cannot support the viability of Layer 2 scaling solutions. He went on to explain that the BTC network cannot change to accommodate a dynamic L2 environment.Hoskinson believes that the whole discussion about Bitcoin L2 is just one part of the narrative that accompanies a typical BTC halving event.
