Ethereum surges over 5% as investors bet on ETH ETF, AI-related tokens benefit from the release of OpenAI Sora
According to CoinDesk, Bitcoin prices remained stable over the weekend, while Ethereum (ETH) has risen more than 5% since Friday as investors bet on the launch of an ETH ETF in the coming months. Meanwhile, OpenAI released a text-to-video generator Sora, reigniting hopes for growth in the AI industry. AI-related tokens such as Worldcoin's WLD, Fetch AI's FET, Bittensor's TAO and Sleepless AI's AI have seen increases of up to 10%. Some market observers predict that Bitcoin’s short-term target is $55,000 and its long-term target is $70,000. However, Ed Hindi, Chief Investment Officer at Tyr Capital stated that Ethereum may receive more attention in the next few months due to its potential for greater gains and investment opportunities.
