Grayscale ETF Director: The possibility of a spot Ethereum ETF being approved in May is 50%
Grayscale ETF Director Dave LaValle was asked at the annual ETF conference in Miami if Grayscale would sue the SEC again if it refused to convert its Ethereum trust into a spot ETF. LaValle said that Grayscale will "have to wait and see what happens," adding that he thinks there is a 50% chance of approval in May.
