Vance Spencer, co-founder of Framework Ventures, wrote on X platform that most venture capital firms in the cryptocurrency sector have not even raised new funds yet, but it seems that most companies will receive capital replenishment in the next 12-18 months. Therefore, it is hard to imagine that we are not in the beginning stage of a cycle.
