The ENS DAO has approved a $300,000 settlement to end the lawsuit over the eth.link domain
The Ethereum Name Service (ENS) Labs has obtained approval from its DAO to pay a settlement of $300,000 to Manifold Finance to end the lawsuit over the eth.link domain. ENS founder Nick Johnson stated that Manifold requested the payment of $300,000 plus confidentiality and non-disparagement clauses in order to dismiss the case and allow ENS Labs to retain ownership of eth.link.
