Transition of the Lens Protocol to the "no license" phase
Decentralized social media platform Lens Protocol has announced that it has transitioned to a "permissionless" phase where all users can participate in the network by creating an on-chain NFT for their profile. The change allows any user to create their own profile for a fee of 10 Matic tokens (currently valued at $10.30), or pay a similar amount with a credit card, thus facilitating their access to the platform. In addition, any user can create a Lens profile and access the protocol, previously profile creation was limited to selected users.
