10X Research CEO: Bitcoin may hit a new all-time high this week
On March 4th, Markus Thielen, CEO of 10X Research, stated in a newly released report that he currently suspects many new fund inflows from retail and institutional investors are based on fixed dollar amounts. Investors may not be sensitive to the price of the currency and generally believe that the halving event is bullish for Bitcoin. Therefore, Markus believes that Bitcoin may hit a new all-time high this week. Markus mentioned that the price trend over the weekend is always an important factor to watch. Although buyers (once again) are trying to establish leveraged long positions with liquidity, there are no sellers (insufficient seller liquidity), which means prices will only rise and new historical highs are imminent.
BlockBeats Note: Markus Thielen is the founder and CEO of 10X Research, as well as an analyst at Matrixport providing paid market research reports for subscribers. He has accurately predicted Bitcoin's price trends multiple times during this recent surge. Previously, on January 3rd, he published a report analyzing the possibility of a spot ETF for Bitcoin "not being approved," followed by a short-term drop in Bitcoin exceeding 10%, sparking market discussions. BlockBeats recently conducted an exclusive interview with him where Markus shared his views on future prospects and introduced his analytical basis, boldly stating that Bitcoin will rise to $125k in this bull market cycle.
