The winning bidder has 4 hours to pay in full or forfeit 10% of their bid. The Runestone is described as one of the largest Ordinal inscriptions ever created, with a file size of 3,967,899 bytes (3.967 MB). It is one of only seven Ordinal inscriptions over 400,000 bytes (400 KB) to be mined in block 832,947, setting a record for the largest block in Bitcoin history (3,991,547 bytes/3.991 MB).
