OpenAI’s first official response: Musk’s indictment is “puzzling” and may be an opportunity to steal technology
According to Jinse Finance, on Monday Eastern Time, OpenAI fiercely criticized Elon Musk's accusations in court documents submitted to the San Francisco court, stating that Musk's accusations were based on confusing facts and often incoherent. This is the first judicial response from the start-up company after Musk filed a lawsuit against OpenAI. The company also reminded the court that Musk may use this lawsuit to obtain OpenAI's "proprietary records and technology", and therefore the information sharing program needs to be "carefully regulated".
