Thailand SEC allows qualified investors to invest in U.S. Bitcoin spot ETF
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand has revised its rules to allow private funds to invest in Bitcoin spot ETFs traded on US exchanges. However, as reported by the Bangkok Post on March 12, only institutional investors and ultra-high net worth individuals can invest in these Bitcoin ETF funds.
