OP Labs will upgrade the OP Sepolia test network on March 19th
OP Labs announced that it will upgrade the OP Sepolia test network on March 19, introducing permissionless OP Stack fault proofs. This upgrade will introduce some groundbreaking changes, and bridge connectors, centralized exchanges, and developers using custom withdrawal solutions on OP Stack will need to make changes to their logic. Due to the integration of error prevention measures, withdrawals between OP Sepolia and Sepolia now require a seven-day processing time. The OP Stack fault prevention system consists of three main elements: Fault Prevention Program (FPP), Fault Prevention Virtual Machine (FPVM), and Dispute Resolution Game Protocol.
