Bryan Pellegrino, co-founder and CEO of LayerZero, stated on X that Kyle Davies, co-founder of Three Arrows Capital, attempted to lure LayerZero into transferring all of the project's funds to Three Arrows Capital. Davies stated in a podcast interview that we used to be devoutly believing traders who only believed in perpetual growth. We still do. Lenders choose to gamble their low-risk client funds on high-risk theories. Pellegrino stated that 3AC was already insolvent when proposing a deal to LayerZero.
