Lawyer: SBF’s prison sentence may be reduced to 21.25 years
Golden Finance reported that according to legal expert Christopher Zoukis, because FTX founder SBF’s sentence exceeds one year, he may automatically receive a 15% reduction in sentence, which means that SBF’s sentence may be reduced to 21.25 years (the previous sentence was 25 years) ). However, if SBF gets into any serious trouble while incarcerated, part of the 3.75-year sentence reduction could be credited back toward the FTX founder's prison sentence.
