Bloomberg ETF Analyst: The recent zero capital inflow into spot Bitcoin ETF is completely normal
Some market commentators are concerned about the low inflow of funds into the US Bitcoin ETF, but Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart says it's perfectly normal for spot Bitcoin ETF inflows to be zero in recent days and should not be misunderstood as a failure of the product itself. In fact, on most days, the "vast majority" of all US ETF inflows are zero, which is completely normal for any ETF in a specific industry. To record new inflows or outflows for an ETF, there must be a large enough mismatch between supply and demand to justify creating or destroying new fund shares issued as "creation units".
