U.S. presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. (RFK Jr.) has announced a plan to put the entire U.S. budget on the blockchain if he is elected president. Kennedy explained that every American would be able to view each budget item in the entire budget at any time within 24 hours a day. He added that if someone spends $16,000 on a toilet seat, everyone will know about it.
