PANews reported on April 29 that according to CoinDesk, at least 10 EU countries are or have already formulated national legislation to promote the inclusion of the Digital Asset Market Act (MiCA) into national laws. MiCA requires national regulators to issue licenses to and supervise crypto service providers. Policy observers said that the EU will implement its MiCA by the end of this year, and companies that want to do business in the EU should pay close attention to the actions of national authorities.
