The U.S. Probation Office recommends five months probation for CZ
According to court documents, despite the Department of Justice's request for CZ to be sentenced to 36 months in prison and fined $50 million, the probation office recommended a five-month probation in its statement report. At the same time, the defense requested house arrest and probation, and not be sent to prison.
