News on May 8th, the Cosmos community is voting on the "Gaia v16 Upgrade" proposal, with voting ending on May 10th. The Gaia v16 upgrade will include four main new features: ICA controller submodule, IBC rate limit module (with initial rate limits outlined in Proposal No. 890), IBC fee module, and ICS epochs (part of ICS v4.1.0). Also, after governance vote approval, it is necessary to update the relevant binary files of Gaia v16.0.0 and submit them to Cosmos Hub; this update process will take about two weeks.
