Block’s digital payment platform TBD plans to use Chipper Cash to expand the African payment market
ChainCatcher news, Block Inc.’s digital payment platform TBD has partnered with Chipper Cash, one of Africa’s largest financial technology companies, to accelerate its global cross-border payments. The partnership announced Tuesday enables the company's newest business unit, formerly known as Square, to increase the number of countries on its network on the continent to 40, TBD CEO Mike Brock said in an interview in Ghana's capital, Accra.
