Fetch, SingularityNET and Ocean Protocol to merge into ASI by June
Golden Finance reported that according to a statement on May 29, Fetch.ai, SingularityNET and Ocean Protocol, entities in the field of decentralized artificial intelligence, announced plans to complete the merger of the Alliance of Artificial Super Intelligence (ASI) by June 2024. The merger will unify the native tokens of these AI-centric protocols into the ASI token, which has a total supply of 2,630.55 million tokens. As of May 28, the market value of the new token is $5.8 billion. FET token holders can migrate to ASI through the token migration contract by June 11. Similarly, holders of SingularityNET's AGIX and Ocean Protocol's OCEAN tokens can exchange their tokens by June 13. The merger is expected to be completed within three months of the initial proposal.
