Since January, Bitcoin miners and exchanges have reduced their reserves by 183,253 BTC
Data shows that in the 158 days since the beginning of this year, the number of Bitcoins held by exchanges and miners has decreased by 183,253 BTC, worth nearly $13 billion. These funds were withdrawn from the joint wallets of miners and exchanges, with approximately 90.95% of Bitcoin withdrawals coming from cryptocurrency exchange reserves. About 9.05% (i.e., 16,578 BTCs valued at $1.17 billion) was withdrawn from the collective addresses of current BTC miners.
