Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart stated on X platform that Bitwise has submitted a revised S-1 file for its spot Ethereum ETF to the US SEC. This will include changes after the first round of SEC comments and it is unclear if more rounds of comments will be required. The cost of the product has not been disclosed yet.

However, they need final approval from the SEC and the release time depends mainly on the SEC. Eric Balchunas and I believe they should be launched before July 4th."
