Hong Kong cryptocurrency industry players hope to include spot ETFs in the interconnection and are ready to issue related derivatives
Hu Zhenbang, the Chief Financial Officer of OSL Group, revealed that the industry has been preparing to do more for Hong Kong's virtual asset market. For example, many industry insiders hope to include cryptocurrency spot ETFs in the mutual market access program. Since the mutual market access program operates in a closed loop, this will not constitute a capital outflow problem, while also providing a safe investment option for mainland investors in virtual assets. In addition, since the launch of cryptocurrency spot ETFs two months ago, some institutions have prepared to issue related derivative instruments such as options with higher leverage, which will greatly enhance the attractiveness of Hong Kong's virtual asset market.
