Nvidia may face a lawsuit from French regulatory authorities, suspected of anti-competitive behavior
According to informed sources, the French antitrust regulator is preparing to accuse Nvidia of anti-competitive behavior, making it the first law enforcement agency to do so. After releasing generative artificial intelligence application ChatGPT at the end of last year, demand for chips from this world's largest AI and computer graphics chip manufacturer has surged significantly, triggering regulatory scrutiny on both sides of the Atlantic.
