Bithumb has announced that it is actively addressing unfair trading practices such as using undisclosed information, manipulating the market, and engaging in illegal transactions before the implementation of the Virtual Asset User Protection Act in July 2024 in order to protect investors and establish a sound market order. Additionally, Bithumb has established a maximum reward of 300 million Korean won for reporting unfair trading practices, with payment being made to individuals who have been disciplined for such behavior or whose reports have been confirmed by the court (first-time reporting).
