German Government Address Receives 2,840 Bitcoins from CEX

On July 9, a German government address received a cumulative total of 2,840 bitcoins from Kraken, Bitstamp, and Coinbase, and another 50 bitcoins from another unfamiliar address in the past hour, according to Arkham monitoring.
