Grayscale: ETHE will allocate 10% of its held ETH to the ETH Mini Trust, with July 18th set as the record date

The grayscale release announcement states that July 18, 2024, has been set as the record date for the first creation and distribution of Grayscale
Ethereum Mini Trust (ETH Mini Trust) shares to Grayscale Ethereum Trust (ETHE) shareholders. After receiving regulatory approval, Grayscale plans to list ETH Mini Trust on the New York Stock Exchange Arca with a stock code of "ETH".
In addition, in the initial distribution, ETHE will contribute 10% of its Ethereum holdings at 4:00 PM Eastern Time on the record date to ETH Mini Trust. Each holder of ETHE shares as of 4:00 PM Eastern Time on the record date will be entitled to receive ETH Mini Trust shares on a one-to-one basis.
