Omni Network Launches Streams Feature
July 10 - Omni Network, the Ethernet interoperability protocol, said on the X platform that a new feature called Streams is now available to meet the market's demand for faster and more flexible messaging options. With Streams, developers can now choose to send their XMsgs in two different modes: fast mode and finalized mode. This flexibility allows for optimized transaction processing based on the specific needs of the application. By offering both options, Omni enables developers to customize their messaging strategy to their specific needs, balancing speed and security as needed. Fast mode is suitable for applications that require a quick response, while finalization mode is suitable for applications that prioritize transaction integrity and finality.
